Mr. Bhupendra Kaushik is a young, passionate and dynamic Company Secretary in the present Corporate World. He passed all his Company Secretary Course stages in 2011 at a very young age of 20 with the help of his great hard work and dedication. He got under a rigorous training of 15 month and learns the very ins and outs of various corporate laws work and earns the management skills as capital during this period. He did his graduation in commerce field in 2014 from Delhi University.

After becoming member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in August 2013, He shows the great courage and straight away entered in the practice side of the profession by establishing the “B. Kaushik & Associates”. In the short span of this One and Half Year of practice, he established the Firm in the Corporate World decently due to which the firm is having a diversified client base presently.

Mr. Bhupendra Kaushik is the firm believer of Hard-Work, Sincerity, Self-motivation and honesty. He is the keen interest in laws specially Companies Act, Income Tax, Securities Laws and FEMA.

His forte lies in getting various corporate licencing, registration services, secretarial audit, due diligence, opinion and consultancy.
